BHOPAL: A day after rainfall, it was a humid day in Bhopal on Saturday. Showers were recorded in a few places in the state in the day. In Bhopal too, wet spells are expected during next two days.
Officials of the meteorological department, Bhopal circle said, there is cyclonic circulation over north east MP. A cyclonic circulation is over central parts of Rajasthan and neighborhood and there is a trough from the central parts Rajasthan till west central Arabian Sea. Day temperature in Bhopal on Saturday was recorded at 35.3 degrees Celsius, two degrees more than normal mark, while night temperature was 24.9 degrees Celsius, a degree more than normal mark. Wind direction in the city was south-south westerly and the average wind speed was 20 kilometres per hour.
In the forecast for Bhopal on Sunday, met officials said, there would be cloudy sky with thunder and rain in parts of the city. Day and night temperature would be at 34 degrees celsius and 25 degrees celsius, respectively.Met has issued a warning of heavy showers for places including Rewa and Shahdol divisions and for Katni, Chhindwara, Seoni, Sagar and Chhatarpur districts.
