A car has been set on fire and destroyed in a residential street in West Lothian, after a petrol bomb attack in the early hours of Tuesday morning, January 25.
The red Ford Focus was spotted in flames on Mains Street in Deans in Livingston, West Lothian, by local residents in the town.
The vehicle had been parked for a number of days opposite a ScotMid shop in the area, as reported by the Daily Record.

Photos of the inferno show the car engulfed in flames, obliterated by the petrol bomb. Hours later, the car was left burnt out, and the alloys removed from the vehicle.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 4.59am on Tuesday, January 25 to reports of a car on fire at Main Street, Deans, Livingston.
“There were no reported casualties and crews left after ensuring the area was made safe.”
Police Scotland confirmed that they were not in attendance.
“Operations Control mobilised one fire appliance and firefighters extinguished a fire affecting one vehicle.
