New-build homes from Taylor Wimpey East Scotland at the Auldcathie View development in Winchburgh are now online and available to buy.
Interested buyers can browse the selection of new homes available on Taylor Wimpey’s website and reserve them remotely with a sales executive.
Located off Duntarvie Castle Road, Auldcathie View will provide 46 three and four bedroom private homes.
The development will also provide 55 affordable homes in a mix of two bedroom cottage flats and three bedroom terraced homes together.
Associated infrastructure has also been built for the development such as roads, parking and open space that is required for a development of this scale.
These new homes directly adjoin the new Auldcathie District Park.
Prices start from £265,000 for the ‘Boswell’ three bedroom semi-detached home.
The location of Auldcathie View within the overall masterplan vision for Winchburgh, is ideally situated to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
Auldcathie View forms part of phase 2 of the wider Winchburgh masterplan that when complete will deliver at least 3,800 new homes, improved transport links, employment opportunities, and state-of the-art schools.
This masterplan will also provide new outdoor spaces that will include; a new canal marina, the creation of Auldcathie District Park, and a new motorway junction.
