West Lothian mum goes viral with her honest memories of being in the young team

A mum from West Lothian has gone viral on TikTok after singing about the 'supreme' days in the young team.

Kiera is popular on the app for making up parody songs about her time a youngster in Livingston and her latest video shares what she used to get up to with her group of friends as a teen.

To the tune of 'We didn't start the fire', Keira goes on to sing that whether it was a 'bottle of wine or MD' it didn't matter to her because they were all 'wasted'. She lists the iconic 00s must haves including the motorola flip phone and mp3 player while her and her pals were hanging about outside despite it been freezing.

She even mentions some of the clothes they would wear including a Burberry scarf because they 'were mad with it' and admits how much she misses being in the young team.

The TikToker sings: "Bottle of wine or MD, didnae matter tae me. Friday night, feeling right, we were all wasted.

"They we'd go doon tae the park, where it's getting really dark. Berghaus jaicket, burberry scarf, we were mad wae it."

She later adds: "Pictures for yer piczo site, trying to stay oot aw night.

"I miss being in the young team. Just hitting aboot the scheme, having a pure scream.

"Back then it might not have seem but those days were supreme."

In less than 24 hours, the video gained 208k views and 18.9k likes.

One commented: "This is absolutely amazing."

Another said: "What a tune."

And a third said: "Brilliant! love it pal."
