The daughter of a West Lothian woman has told of her family's sadness as their home was set alight by a group of youths on Saturday night.
Emergency services raced to the block of flats on Rowan Terrace in Blackburn, West Lothian, shortly before 6pm, and Leanne Davis was rushed to hospital as a precaution after the fire.
Today, Lee-Anne's daughter Keavey spoke to Edinburgh Live about her anger and frustration at those responsible for the damage done to her family, not only physically, but emotionally over the last week.
Speaking to Edinburgh Live, 21-year-old Keavey said: "My mum has just lost everything, and we are struggling to come to terms with all that has happened within the space of 24 hours.
"What happened last night was simply unacceptable, and if it was an older group that had done this, they'd be locked up immediately.
"This seriously could have killed my poor mum, my family members and the pets as well - just no regard for others when those responsible think they're being smart and funny.

"It hasn't been the first time we've had bother from the same group of kids, they've urinated onto the walls of my mum's block of flats, thrown rubbish at the bottom windows, and even attacked another young child.
"These kids are well known for causing trouble but due to their ages nothing is getting done.
"This needs to be stopped. If not, someone is going to end up seriously injured, or worse.
"We're just so lucky that my mum made it out of the fire, as she was trapped inside as the fire was blocking off exits.
"We've set up a GoFundMe for my mum, as she has now been left homeless due to this, and has lost all of her belongings, including sentimental things that we will never get back - not for any sum of money."
There have also been reports of the accused group of youths consistently pressing the flat buzzers and verbally abusing residents.
Photos sent to Edinburgh Live by daughter Keavey show the horrific damage that occurred inside the entire block of flats, and in Lee-Anne's home specifically.
Police have confirmed they are following a positive line of enquiry to catch the fire starters amid reports of anti-social behaviour by youths in the area.
A force spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a fire at a property on Rowan Terrace in Blackburn around 5.40pm on Saturday, 22 January.
“The fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and a 40-year-old woman was taken to hospital as a precaution.
“A neighbouring property was also evacuated.
“The fire is being treated as deliberate and officers are following a positive line of enquiry.”
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they were in attendance and extinguished the blaze shortly after 9pm.
