West Lothian drivers using M8 urged to 'take care' after fuel spillage

M8 Livingston (Geopolitical Entity)

Drivers travelling along the M8 this morning near Livingston have been asked to take extra care due to reports of a fuel spillage.

The spillage is in lane two between junctions one and four - traffic is still moving but the incident could cause queues within the next hour.

Traffic Scotland tweeted: "Reports of a fuel spillage causing issues on the #M8 Eastbound from around J4 - J1. Looks like it's in lane two."
