West Lothian police are appealing for information after two break-ins which resulted in cars being stolen from two different locations.
Detectives say that at around 3pm on Friday,January 27, a theft took place on Steels Road in Broxburn, where a home was broken into and a white BMW 4 Series -reg KA54 MMR - was stolen.
At around 4.15pm, another property on Birkdale Park, Armadale, was broken into and a grey BMW X5 was taken but later recovered in a nearby area.

Police say that they believe the two incidents are linked and that four men were seen in a blue Seat Leon in the area around these times.
Detective Constable Rachel Royan said: “I would urge anyone with information on either of these incidents or the vehicles mentioned to get in touch with us.
“Similarly, anyone with dash cam or private CCTV footage of Broxburn or Armadale around that time yesterday afternoon, please review it and bring anything of significance to our attention.”
