West Ham striker Danny Ings is fit enough for a place on the bench to face Newcastle in today’s Premier League trip north.
The 30-year-old picked up a knee injury on his Hammers debut, after making a £12million move from Aston Villa, and that kept him out of the FA Cup win over Derby.
It is not a serious problem though and could come off the bench, as Michail Antonio starts.

Lukasz Fabianski returns in goal after Alphonse Areola started in the FA Cup. Thilo Kehrer gets the nod at right-back.
