West Ham face Bournemouth in the Premier League today as David Moyes keeps the faith with his first-choice line-up following their midweek exploits.
Moyes’s side fought back from a goal down on the night to beat Gent 4-1 with a superb second-half performance and qualify for a second successive European semi-final.
That followed last Sunday’s comeback to draw 2-2 against Arsenal and there is a sense that, at last, the Hammers are rediscovering their form of last season.
With European and domestic commitments, however, Moyes has more of a balancing act on his hands than any of his rivals in the bottom half of the table.
On Friday, the Scot reported no new injuries from Thursday’s effort against Gent, despite Michail Antonio appearing to hobble down the tunnel after that game.
Angelo Ogbonna is on the bench again having been suspended for the quarter-final second leg, with countryman Gianluca Scamacca the only injury absentee after undergoing knee surgery.
West Ham XI: Fabianski; Coufal, Zouma, Aguerd, Cresswell; Soucek, Rice, Paqueta; Bowen, Antonio, Benrahma.
Subs: Areola, Cornet, Fornals, Downes, Lanzini, Ings, Kehrer, Ogbonna, Emerson.
