West Ham United Under-18s clinched the Premier League South title on Saturday afternoon.
The young Hammers needed a point or for Fulham to drop points to secure the division, and did so thanks to a 2-0 win over Arsenal.
England Under-16s star Divine Mukasa came off the bench to open the scoring with just over 20 minutes remaining and captain Gideon Kodua capped off the afternoon with a finish of his own.

Fulham played Tottenham Hotspur and were 3-1 up at half-time and though they went on to beat their London rivals 5-2, West Ham got the job done to secure their first Premier League South title.
The league win means the east London outfit will take on one of Southampton or Man City, winners of the Premier League North, for a place in next season's UEFA Champions Youth League.
