The end of the season is drawing near and West Ham United have just five games left to secure their place in the Premier League as the relegation battle continues.
The Hammers currently sit 15th in the table, five points above the bottom three with five games left to play, although David Moyes’ side have a game in-hand over some of the sides below them.
With three wins and one draw from their last seven matches, West Ham are also in better form compared to some of their rivals. However, David Moyes' men have lost their last two games in a row, including a 4-3 defeat to London rivals Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday.

That result left the Hammers five points above the bottom three, although that gap will be reduced later today (Monday), with relegation rivals Leicester City and Everton meeting at the King Power Stadium.
Leicester currently sit 18th with 29 points, while Everton are 19th with 28 points, but a win for either side would move them out of the relegation zone, while a draw would also move Leicester out of the bottom three, level on points with both Leeds United and Nottingham Forest, but with a better goal difference than both.
Forest and Leeds have both already played this weekend and lost, with Steve Cooper's side beaten 2-1 by Brentford on Saturday, while the Whites were soundly beaten 4-1 by Bournemouth on Sunday. There was also a heavy defeat for Wolves, who were beaten 6-0 by Brighton on Saturday and dropped to 14th. Bottom side Southampton also lost on Sunday, going down to a 3-1 loss against Newcastle United, despite taking the lead in the north east.
But with four or five games to play for all the teams battling to avoid relegation, there could still be twists and turns.
