Declan Rice has reportedly been offered an eight-year contract by West Ham United in a bid to ward off interest from Premier League rivals Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City.
David Moyes insisted that the Hammers midfielder isn't for sale last month as he said: "The first thing to say is that he is not for sale. If you are interested, well, it will be north of that because £100million was cheap last summer. £150million just now would be minimum but he is not for sale. What I do know is that it means there are only certain clubs that could even consider it."
But the 23-year-old - who is set to permanently takeover the captain duties in East London when Mark Noble retires at the end of the season - is attracting a lot of interest from some of England's top clubs. Still, the England star could be tempted to commit his long-term future to West Ham, especially after their most recent pledge of faith.

That's because talkSPORT have said that the Hammers have offered Rice an extraordinary eight-year contract worth £200,000-a-week. If the report's indeed accurate, it's a remarkable statement from the club that they intend to build a team around Rice for years to come.
It would also increase his value ten-fold, meaning that if a rival club were to swoop in for him, they'd have to break the bank to persuade him to leave West Ham. Of course, the likeliness of him signing such a long-term deal remains to be seen, but it'll be interesting to see what happens in the coming weeks.
