West Ham United have received a major selection boost ahead of facing Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Bowen, who is West Ham ’s top scorer this season with eight goals in all competitions, was in discomfort in the closing stages of Sunday’s 2-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur following a strong challenge from Ivan Perisic, causing some concerns ahead the upcoming crucial match against Forest.
However, West Ham can take good news in the fact that Bowen has been filmed in training on Wednesday morning, as published by Sky Sports news on Twitter.

Bowen was spotted doing a warm-up drill alongside midfielders Pablo Fornals and Manuel Lanzini, a welcome boost ahead of facing Forest.
It comes just a day after centre-back Kurt Zouma and winger Maxwel Cornet were both pictured in training following injury absences. Zouma has missed just over a month with a thigh issue, while Cornet has not played since sustaining a calf injury on his Premier League debut on October 1 against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The only other injury concern is that of Brazilian midfielder Lucas Paqueta, who missed the trip to Tottenham with a shoulder issue.
