Jarrod Bowen has been left out of England's matchday squad for the UEFA Nations League fixture against Germany.
Monday's clash at Wembley Stadium offered Bowen the chance to win his fifth cap for the Three Lions are failing to get off the bench in the 1-0 defeat to Italy last Friday.
The 25-year-old has made four caps under Gareth Southgate since making his debut in June earlier this year, playing in two defeats and two draws.

Bowen has yet to find the scoresheet for West Ham United this season and not playing on Monday night allows him to rest up ahead of this weekend's game against Wolves.
However, for the former Hull City winger to not get a single minute of action during the international break could be a sign that he has more to do to secure his place on the plane for the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
The other players to not make the squad for the clash against Germany are Milan's Fikyao Tomori, Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold, Southampton's James Ward-Prowse, and Man City's Jack Grealish per UEFA's official squad list.
Bowen's team-mate Declan Rice has kept his place in Southgate's squad after playing 90 minutes on Friday against Italy.
