David Moyes wants to bring Manchester United youngster Di'Shon Bernard to West Ham during the next summer transfer window, according to reports. The 21-year-old Londoner has spent this season on loan with Championship side Hull City where he has played 28 matches in all competitions.
Bernard has already made his first-team debut for the Old Trafford giants. However, the former United manager is hoping to lure the player to West Ham by carving out a more immediate pathway into the Premier League set-up.
A report from The Sunday Mirror claims Moyes has regularly sent scouts to watch Bernard in action. Taking his first steps at Chelsea as part of the academy system, the United starlet has also spent time on loan with nearby Salford City after moving to Old Trafford before the 17/18 campaign.

Bernard's only appearance for United to this point came in a Europa League tie in 2019.
Elsewhere, the Premier League outfit are reportedly keeping tabs on Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite despite him only making 11 appearances since signing for the Toffees from League Two side Carlisle United in January 2020. Standing at 6ft 5in the towering centre-back spent last season on loan at Blackburn Rovers.
However, due to an ankle injury, the 19-year-old was unable to make much of an impact. It seems as though he has done enough to put United on red alert, though, as attentions turn to the summer transfer window.
A report from Mail Online claims Branthwaite is being monitored as a potential signing for manager-elect Erik ten Hag as he prepares to touch down at United from Eredivisie giants Ajax. Branthwaite cost struggling Everton close to £1million when they swooped for his services two years ago.
