West Ham United will take on the winners of Viborg vs B36 Torshavn in their Europa Conference League play-off qualifying tie later this month.
David Moyes’ side discovered their opponents on Tuesday afternoon in the draw in Nyon, Switzerland, with the Hammers due to take on either Viborg or B36 Torshavn in a two-legged affair on August 18 and August 25.
Ahead of West Ham’s game, Viborg will take on B36 Torshavn in a two-legged third round play-off qualifier, with the winner meeting the Irons this month.

Going into the tie, West Ham could have been drawn against one of five ties. As well as Viborg (Denmark) vs B36 Torshavn, Irons could have faced the winners of AIK (Sweden) vs Shkendija (North Macedonia), Riga (Latvia) vs Gil Vicente (Portugal), Wolfsberger (Austria) vs Gzira United (Malta) or Paide Linnameeskond (Estonia) vs Anderlecht (Belgium).
The date and locations of the tie will be officially confirmed in due course, with the two legs coming either side of a Premier League clash with Brighton and Hove Albion at the London Stadium on Sunday, August 21.
