West Ham United boss David Moyes has named his side to face Leeds United at the London Stadium.
The Hammers will look to end their final home match of the season with a victory, with their Premier League safety officially confirmed on Saturday thanks to Everton only drawing with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
As the Irons aim to climb up one place in the Premier League from 15th to 14th, Moyes has made six changes from the side that beat AZ Alkmaar 1-0 in the Europa Conference League on Thursday night.

Lukasz Fabianski returns in goal after getting a rest in midweek for the win over Alkmaar.
Kurt Zouma is the only man to keep his place in the back four, with Vladimir Coufal, Angelo Ogbonna and Emerson all recalled to the starting XI.
There are no changes in midfield, with Declan Rice, Tomas Soucek and Lucas Paqueta all keeping their places.
Jarrod Bowen starts on the right of the front three, while Danny Ings and Pablo Fornals joining him in attack.
Alphonse Areola, Thilo Kehrer, Aaron Cresswell, Michail Antonio and Said Benrahma all drop to the bench from the win in the Netherlands in midweek. Nayef Aguerd is absent due to a knock.
Striker Gianluca Scamacca remains out after not playing for the Hammers in over two months due to a knee issue.
Meanwhile, Leeds boss Sam Allardyce has made two changes from the side that drew 2-2 with Newcastle United eight days ago.
