· Wendy’s will offer a Frosty dessert inspired by Thin Mints cookies. Available starting Feb. 21, it’s the latest in a number of non-cookie offerings that utilize the popular treat.
Wendy’s is adding Girl Scout cookies to the menu—in a roundabout way.
The fast-food chain will debut a new limited-edition Frosty next month, made in conjunction with the Girl Scouts, that was inspired by Thin Mints cookies, the perennial bestseller of the diet-busting sales drive.
Two varieties of the Thin Mints Frosty will be made available: chocolate and vanilla. They’ll both be available beginning Feb. 21 in restaurants nationwide.

The frozen treat “pairs minty-chocolatey, crumbly, cookie butter texture with the cool, creamy Frosty,” the restaurant chain said in a statement.
Wendy’s is just the latest company to hop on board the Thin Mints train. For the past few years, the Girl Scouts have been offering up their fan-favorite dessert to other products beyond just a cookie. It has been a breakfast cereal from General Mills. Chameleon Cold Brew has turned it into a coffee beverage. There are Thin Mints pretzels, and there's a seasoning brand that uses the flavor.
While the Thin Mints cookie thrives, two more cookie types are singing their swan song in 2025. The Girl Scouts of America will no longer sell the S’mores and Toast-Yay! Cookies after this year. That follows last year’s decision to discontinue the Raspberry Rally flavor. Fans of that cookie began throwing money at eBay resellers upon the news, paying on average $30 per box.
