BBC pundit Jermaine Jenas says the penalty awarded against West Ham for Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon was "as soft as it gets."
The Eagles won a dramatic encounter at Selhurst Park 4-3 against the Hammers, with Jordan Ayew, Wilfried Zaha, Jeffrey Schlupp and Eberechi Eze all finding the back of the net in south London.
The spot-kick proved to be the decisive strike in the game, with Nayef Aguerd, who would go on to score West Ham's third goal, adjudged by referee Craig Pawson to have pulled down Eze in the box on 66 minutes.

Moyes said in his post-match press conference that he thought the decision was a soft one, with Jenas agreeing with the Scot when he was dissecting the incident on BBC Match of the Day.
"Yeah, I think it’s a soft penalty," he said. “He’s well within his rights David Moyes to be upset with the outcome, he had a tricky one in the week that he was upset about with VAR as well and this one falls in a similar bracket, I don’t think it’s a penalty at all.
"I think it’s great link-up play between Eze and Jordan Ayew and this is the angle that VAR looked at, for me, that’s a poor angle. There’s no contact between the feet position of Aguerd and Eze and the arm just kinda glances him in his midriff and I just think that’s as soft as it gets, really.”
West Ham are now 15th in the Premier League table and sit five points clear of the bottom three with five matches of the season still to play.
