A beloved restaurant in Cathcart has been put up for sale for just £80,000.
The Italian Restaurant Glasgow on Clarkston Road has been the go-to for locals but it is now on the look out for new owners.
The venue has a spacious bar and kitchen and can sit approximately 80 customers who are craving pizza or pasta. It boasts a seating area upstairs and downstairs.

On warm days people can be seated outside to enjoy their food.
There are already plans and ideas in place to expand the premises which will be passed on to the new owners. The Italian eatery makes around £520,000 a year with a net profit between £50,000 to £100,000.
The rent of the premises costs £27,000 per year.
