It's set to be another cold weekend in Greater Manchester - but there will be some sunshine.
According to the Met Office, temperatures will not rise above 5C today (Saturday) in our region after another freezing cold night. The mercury is predicted to remain at freezing at 10am, before it slowly rises to 5C by 2pm this afternoon.
Forecasters predict it will feel more like 2C though this afternoon, so it will be a chilly day ahead. It is forecast to be a mostly sunny and clear day, with a clear evening also expected.

Overnight, the mercury will drop to 1C, bringing icy conditions tomorrow morning. Tomorrow looks set to be a more cloudy day in our region with no sunny spells forecast.
Temperatures are not expected to rise above 5C again, according to the Met Office. Forecasters predict that again, the temperature will feel more like 3C at its peak, so Sunday looks set to be another cold day.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for fog until 11am today (Saturday), though it just misses our region and covers parts of Yorkshire, the Midlands and Cheshire. Freezing fog has been reported in some areas after temperatures dropped to freezing overnight.
