The Jacksonville Jaguars made a whole lot of people wrong last week when they beat the Buffalo Bills. Now they’ll try to make most of those experts right in Week 6.
Five weeks after getting a 31-21 road win against the Indianapolis Colts in their season opener, the Jaguars will finish up their season series with the Colts on Sunday with a rematch at EverBank Stadium.
While the Jaguars are feeling confident and rejuvenated after back-to-back wins in London, the Colts are also headed in the right direction after winning three of their last four. However, Indianapolis will be without starting quarterback Anthony Richardson due to a shoulder injury. Starting in his place will be former Jaguars starter Gardner Minshew II.
Can the Jaguars handle business and get their first win in Jacksonville of the season, or will Minshew Magic strike again in Duval? Here’s what the experts think:

The Colts are playing their fourth division game in six weeks, and Gardner Minshew has been efficient. Zach Moss and Jonathan Taylor give Indianapolis a little more run support, and Jacksonville returns home after a two-week stay in London. The Jaguars pulled away from the Colts in the second half last time. This one will be a little tighter in the fourth quarter.
Pick: Jaguars 28, Colts 26
