Week 3 Rankings: Flex (RB/WR/TE)

Welcome to Week 3 of the fantasy football season!

It’s time to start thinking about setting your lineups, and we’re here to help with our initial fantasy player rankings! I’ve used a full-point PPR scoring system for these rankings, which you can use in coordination with the Week 3 edition of Start Em, Sit Em. At Sports Illustrated, we always have you covered!

Among the running backs, Kyren Williams has made a massive move into the top 10. Jahmyr Gibbs is also in the top 10 with the expected injury absence of David Montgomery, and Raheem Mostert has pushed his way into the top 15. The unfortunate loss of Nick Chubb to a gruesome knee injury has pushed Jerome Ford into the top 25, but he has a brutal matchup against the Titans this week.

At wideout, Ja’Marr Chase is still in the top 10 but in the bottom half with questions about Burrow’s availability. Puka Nacua is now a low-end WR1 ahead of a Monday matchup in Cincinnati, and I love Amari Cooper this week against a Titans defense that’s great against the run but bad against opposing perimeter receivers.

At tight end, youngsters like Sam LaPorta and Jake Ferguson are both potential No. 1 options. Kyle Pitts has a great matchup in Detroit, but will he take advantage? He’s a low-end, risk-reward starter in most fantasy leagues after the first two weeks.
