Here’s an early look at the fantasy players you’ll be targeting off the waiver wire this week. None of these players are rostered in more than 50% of Yahoo! leagues. The actual Yahoo! ownership percentage is included in parentheses. Players are listed from the most owned to the least owned after Sunday’s games. Joshua Dobbs, QB, Vikings (52%)

I don’t usually post players who are owned in more than 50% of leagues, but Dobbs will be the exception. In his two games since being traded to the Vikings, he’s put up a combined 50 fantasy points in wins over Atlanta and New Orleans. Dobbs has also rushed for 110 yards in those contests. With the shabby state of the quarterback position around the NFL, Dobbs needs to be owned in far more fantasy leagues.
Devin Singletary, RB, Texans (49%)
Singletary isn’t the most consistent running back in fantasy football, but he’s still worth a roster spot during the bye weeks. That was evident on Sunday, when he carried the ball 30 times for 150 yards and scored a touchdown in Cincinnati. With Dameon Pierce banged up and a favorable matchup against the Cardinals next on the schedule, Singletary could be a viable flex starter in some leagues.
Keaton Mitchell, RB, Ravens (47%)
The fantasy community has been waiting for Mitchell to have his breakout game, and it came last week in a win over Seattle. He followed it up with another nice stat line, turning four touches into 66 yards, a touchdown and 13.6 fantasy points. The touch share is very low, which is cause for concern, but Mitchell is an explosive playmaker who still isn’t owned in half of Yahoo! leagues. That should change.
Elijah Moore, WR, Browns (42%)
Moore has failed to meet expectations this season overall, but he did put up a nice stat line in a win over the Ravens. The veteran hauled in five passes for 44 yards and found the end zone, totaling 15.4 points. With Donovan Peoples-Jones no longer on the roster after a trade to Detroit, Moore has a clear path to being the No. 2 wide receiver in Cleveland the rest of the season. He’ll face the Steelers up next.
Brandin Cooks, WR, Cowboys (38%)
Cooks went nuclear against the hapless Giants, posting nine catches for 173 yards with one touchdown and 32.3 fantasy points. While this is likely his best stat line of the season, Cooks has scored 14-plus points in three of his last four games and has some great matchups ahead against the Panthers, Commanders and Eagles. The veteran remains a viable flex option in this Dallas offense during the bye weeks.
Demario Douglas, WR, Patriots (36%)
I was surprised to see that Douglas is still available in more than 60% of leagues, despite being in this column for a few weeks. He’s been the Patriots’ best fantasy wideout in the last four weeks, scoring 10-plus points three times while seeing at least six targets in every contest. New England does have a bye upcoming, but that should not keep fantasy managers from adding Douglas for their postseason runs.
Noah Brown, WR, Texans (24%)

Brown has posted a pair of massive stat lines, following up an eye-popping 27.3-point game against the Buccaneers with a 24.2-pointer in a huge victory over the Bengals. The former Cowboys wideout has now seen a combined 14 targets (13 catches) for 325 yards and a touchdown over the last two weeks, and he clearly has the trust of his young quarterback, C.J. Stroud. He’ll face the Cardinals up next.
Jayden Reed, WR, Packers (21%)
It’s tough to predict which Packers wideout will be the most productive on a weekly basis, but Reed has been pretty consistent in recent weeks. He’s scored 11-plus points in three of his last four games, including a 19.4-point performance in a loss to the Steelers. Green Bay wideouts have some nice matchups coming up against the Chargers and Lions, so Reed will be a viable flex option for those fans in need.
Ty Chandler, RB, Vikings (7%)
Chandler could be put into a bigger role in the Vikings offense in the near future, as Alexander Mattison left Sunday’s win over New Orleans with a concussion. It’s been rare for a player to return to action the following week after sustaining a head injury, so Chandler needs to be added in most leagues. He has some good matchups on the slate, too, facing the Broncos and Bears before Minnesota’s late bye week.
Jameis Winston, QB, Saints (0%)
Winston was thrust into a prominent role in the absence of Derek Carr, who left Sunday’s game with shoulder and head injuries. If these ailments keep Carr out of action, Winston will be well worth a roster spot … especially in leagues that start multiple quarterbacks. New Orleans has a bye in Week 11, but they have some good matchups down the stretch. He’s a free agent in the majority of leagues.
