Wednesday’s lottery jackpot will be an estimated £12.7 million “Must Be Won” fortune after no-one scooped Saturday’s top prize.
No ticket-holders matched all six main numbers to win the jackpot. Camelot’s Andy Carter, the National Lottery’s senior winners’ adviser, said: “It promises to be an exciting night for Lotto players on Wednesday with a whopping £12.7 million ‘Must Be Won’ jackpot up for grabs.”
He said that in a “Must Be Won” draw, if the jackpot is not won, then prize amount is shared out among the other prize tiers, “meaning lots of players could win lots more”. There were eight ticketholders in Saturday’s draw who matched five numbers and the bonus ball to win £1 million.
There were 139 players who each won £1,750 after matching five of the six numbers. The winning Lotto numbers were 07, 10, 20, 24, 30, 38 and the bonus number was 19.
Set of balls 6 and draw machine Arthur were used. No players matched all five numbers to win £350,000 in Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw, but 12 matched four numbers to claim £13,000 each.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 04, 05, 11, 20, 32 and the Thunderball number was 09. No-one scooped the £500,000 top prize by matching five numbers and the Thunderball, while two players won £5,000 each by matching five numbers.
