'We’ve won the league' - Arsenal fans react after what happened during Man United vs Man City

Arsenal's Premier League title hopes have gotten significantly stronger after Manchester United defeated Manchester City on Saturday afternoon.

City took the lead on the hour mark through substitute Jack Grealish before a quick-fire double from Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford clinched all three points for Erik ten Hag's side. That result means Arsenal are now five points clear of second-placed City, with a game in hand on the reigning champions.

Plenty of Gunners supporters flocked to social media, claiming that it may be a crucial result, with some even thanking United for winning Mikel Arteta and Co the title already. Here is what a select few Arsenal fans said on Twitter:

Next up for the Gunners is a trip to N17 to face local rivals Tottenham Hotspur in a highly-anticipated North London Derby on Sunday afternoon before they welcome United to the Emirates Stadium next weekend.
