When it gets to this time of year, things can start to get a little hectic, with many of us looking for a way to get out of the cold and just relax.
With the weather also often not playing ball by the time it gets to November, we decided to try an indoor experience that runs every Sunday, and is designed to leave you feeling exceptionally chilled out.
Launched by the Marine Hotel in North Berwick, the 'Dine and Unwind' deal offers you two hours use of their spa facilities followed up by a two course lunch looking out onto the sea.

Heading out from Edinburgh to East Lothian, we were already feeling in good spirits as we drove up to the grand five star hotel, following a drive along the coast.
Inside, the hotel's decor is breathtaking, with the reception featuring a lounge behind it that looks right over the golf course and out to the sea, and we were lucky enough to catch it on a sunny day.
Opting to have our spa session before lunch, we headed down to the facilities, where we changed and headed for a dip in the pool before using the 'thermal suite.'

Offering something we felt was quite special, the suite boasts a hydropool that takes you through a hatch outside, with the hot water and jacuzzi jets proving delightful as you took in the fresh sea air.
The suite also contains two saunas, steam rooms and cold showers you can use, and our two hour session flew by before we got ready for lunch.
Situated in The Lawn restaurant, we were again blown away by the interior, and were sat facing out towards the sea as we browsed the menu.
With the offer only available on a Sunday, the Sunday Lunch menu itself offers a host of options and classic dishes, which appeared to have something for everyone.
To start, we opted for some sourdough bread and butter as well as the haggis bon bons, which were both eagerly wolfed down as we'd developed quite the appetite.
For our mains, we chose the classic fillet of beef Sunday roast, as well as the fish and chips, both of which came in a huge portion which will definitely leave you feeling full and satisfied.
The quality of the dishes was also impeccable, with the meat falling apart in your mouth and the fish cooked to perfection. We had hoped to then opt for a dessert, however at this point we really couldn't have eaten another bite. If we had chosen a sweet treat to end the meal, it definitely would have been a toss up between the sticky toffee pudding and the apple tart tatin, both of which sounded incredible.
Instead, we finished up with a tea and a coffee, before making the most of the Sunday sunshine and taking a stroll into North Berwick to watch the sun start to set.
Overall, the day was an absolutely idyllic way to recharge before the week begins again, and we will definitely be back.
