Leeds United will be hoping they can return to winning ways this weekend, as they take on Brentford in the Premier League.
After defeat to Brighton and a score draw with Everton in their last two games, United will be looking for a positive result on Saturday against a Bees side who have won only one game in the league so far this season.
But Jesse Marsch's side will be without star striker Rodrigo through injury, and Dan James, who joined Fulham on loan on transfer deadline day. Junior Firpo, Luke Ayling and Stuart Dallas will also miss the trip south, with Liam Cooper doubtful.
So what will the score be between Brentford and Leeds United this weekend? We simulated the game to get a pre-match score prediction.
Brentford vs Leeds United score predicted by simulation
To run this simulation, we used FIFA 22 and updated the squads with the latest transfers. Due to FIFA 22 not having the latest kits, both sides lined up in the kits from the 2021/22 season.
We predict that the Bees could set up in a 4-3-3 formation, with their line-up as follows: Raya; Hickey, Zanka, Mee, Henry; Jensen, Janelt, Dasilva; Mbeumo, Toney, Wissa.
We predict that Leeds could set up in a 4-2-3-1 formation, with their line-up as follows: Meslier; Kristensen, Koch, Llorente, Struijk; Adams, Roca; Sinisterra, Aaronson, Harrison; Gelhardt.
In what was an incredibly even game, in which both teams had their moments and spells of possession, it took a goalkeeping mistake in the second half to break the deadlock.
Rico Henry did well on the left and aimed a cross toward Yoane Wissa. Illan Meslier decided to come for the cross but was far too late, allowing Wissa to glance a header into an empty net.
But Marsch's side responded brilliantly and put the Bees goal under siege in the final third of the game. Eventually, Leeds got the goal that their play deserved late on, with Brandon Aaronson scoring a stunner.
After being found by Harrison on the edge of the box in the 86th minute, the American wriggled past a few tackles before firing a superb effort into the top corner.
Leeds were in the ascendancy in the final minutes but Thomas Frank's side held on to claim a 1-1 draw.
