Waterford and Tipperary clash in a mouth watering clash in the Munster Hurling Championship this weekend.
Waterford come into this game brimming with confidence, having dominated the Division one final a couple of weeks ago on the way to a comfortable victory over Cork. Waterford are one of the form teams in the country and it will take a big performance from Tipperary to knock the Déise down a peg or two.
Tipperary on the other hand will be hoping to put their patchy league form behind them. A disappointing campaign saw The Premier County fail to qualify for the league semi finals, finishing fourth on only six points from five games.
Having missed the league final through suspension, Austin Gleeson looks set to return to the Waterford starting 15.
Meanwhile former hurler of the year Seamus Callanan is a massive doubt for the weekend. The Tipperary man suffered another setback in his return from injury, having picked up an infection in his hand, having broken his hand earlier this year.

“In Seamie’s case, it’s a bit of a nightmare for him because the infection got into the bone.”
