For four days, the top watchmakers, represented by a number of star ambassadors, will be presenting their new collections and some never-before-seen pieces to international retailers and journalists.On the following three days, the Palexpo area will open to the general public. Young visitors will be able to take part in watchmaking and jewellery workshops, and discover training programmes for the watchmakers of tomorrow.As every year, a series of parallel events are held in Geneva's shops, cinemas and bookshops. Last year, the world's watchmaking capital welcomed some 49,000 watch professionals and enthusiasts during the event.
