Ohio State won a tough battle with Texas in the Cotton Bowl and came away with a 28-14 victory in the CFP semifinal on Friday night. It was a game that was closer than the final score indicated and one in which the Longhorns played OSU close enough to pull out the victory. In the end though, Ohio State is now headed to the College Football Playoff National Championship game.
Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian and some of the players, including Quinn Ewers, met with the media after the game to discuss what he saw from his team, Ohio State, and the game in general and was quick to give credit to the Buckeyes after the loss.
