Vikings Entertainment Network employee Paige Jaeger had a hectic beginning of the game.
Ahead of the Minnesota Vikings preseason finale against the Arizona Cardinals, Jaeger had the opportunity to sing the National Anthem.
Following the game, the Vikings X account posted a video that showcased her journey from singing the National Anthem to running back to her job as the US Bank Stadium technical director.

Allowing an employee to sing the National Anthem is a nice touch for the Vikings, and it gives Jaeger a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Showing the video of her co-workers’ reaction is especially awesome.
The Vikings dropped their finale, losing 18-17 to the Cardinals. Rookie quarterback Jaren Hall drew the start for the Vikings and impressed in the first half that he played.
The loss pushed the Vikings to a winless 0-3 record in preseason. The Vikings have not won a preseason game under head coach Kevin O’Connell in six attempts.
