Watch UFC champs Israel Adesanya, Jon Jones face off in Las Vegas – and they’re all smiles

UFC champions Jon Jones and Israel Adesanya finally met face to face, and it wasn’t what you would expect.

Jones and Adesanya have a long history of trash talk and online beef, and many thought it would eventually culminate into a superfight given that Jones used to be champion of the UFC light heavyweight division and Adesanya had the middleweight belt and plans to make an eventual move to 205 pounds.

Well, things have changed.

Jones, who moved to heavyweight earlier this year and became champion, is apparently cool with Adesanaya and vice versa, despite all the personal shots fired over the last three years.

They had shared a friendly video together before, and now we see they engaged in a friendly face off that turned into a shadow fighting game. What is happening here?

You can watch the video of the faceoff below:

And check out what Jones had to say about meeting Adesanya for the first time:

We need more of this! Life’s too short to not be able to squash beef’s and get along with the homie. It was a real pleasure kicking it with middleweight champion @stylebender last night. Wish my man nothing but the best moving forward #respect
