Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis wasted no time securing his first career touchdown pass in the Week 8 game against the Atlanta Falcons.
During the first quarter with the Titans trailing 3-0, Levis dialed up a deep ball to wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who reeled it in for a 47-yard touchdown reception.
Not only was it Levis’ first career touchdown pass, it was also Hopkins’ first score as a member of the Titans, and it was his first touchdown since Week 12 of last season with the Arizona Cardinals.
Levis has been solid early on, completing six of his first seven passes for 67 yards and a score.

Hopefully his early showing will deter the Titans from making the mistake of alternating quarterbacks, something they did on the first series of the game that ended with a botched snap and lost fumble.
With the score, the Titans own a 7-3 lead over the Falcons with a little over two minutes left in the first quarter.
