We’re over seven months removed from the Dawgs’ title win over Alabama, but the emotions are just as strong as they were on Monday, January 10.
It’s been 231 days since Kelee Ringo intercepted an underthrown Bryce Young pass for the game-sealing touchdown. 231 days since the DawgNation shed tears of joy watching their beloved Bulldogs bring home the title.
And now a new breed of Bulldog stands ready to take the field of battle.
Georgia opens this Saturday against Oregon in the Chick Fil A Kickoff game from Atlanta. For a majority of UGA fans, this will be the first time they’ll be able to cheer on their team as the defending champions.
As we prepare to rally behind the red and black this season, let me leave you with two simple words that express the sentiments of the entire Bulldog Nation…Go Dawgs.
