On Saturday, the Georgia Bulldogs extended their dominance over the Florida Gators, flipping 4-star running back Chauncey Bowens from UF to UGA.
Bowens, from the Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida, is the nation’s No. 12 ranked running back in the class of 2024, per 247Sports. He is ranked as the No. 202 overall player in the nation.
Bowens had been committed to Florida since September of 2022. After spending time in Athens this weekend, it was enough to convince the 5-foot-11, 220 pound ball carrier to commit to the defending national champs.
Watch the hype moment Bowens took the microphone and announced his commitment to the Dawgs.
