If there’s another prospect who wants to supplant Texas’ Bijan Robinson as the No. 1 running back in the 2023 NFL draft class . . . well, good luck with that.
Robinson came into the 2022 college football season as the clear-cut favorite to be the first player off the board at his position in next year’s draft, and all he’s done so far this year is solidify that status.
He did so yet again Saturday night against UTSA, showing off his explosiveness and big-play ability with a 77-yard touchdown run that left every Roadrunner in the dust.
Even the best running back prospects can find it difficult to crack the first round of the draft these days, but if there’s a runner in this year’s group worthy of consideration, it’s Robinson.
