Sometimes Houston can be seen as a baseball town, what with the Houston Astros winning multiple World Series. If that’s the case, why not play to it?
Houston Texans tight end caught a 20-yard touchdown pass from quarterback C.J. Stroud with 5:53 to go in the first quarter of their Week 11 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals at NRG Stadium. The way Schultz scored the six points was unique in the way the former Dallas Cowboy slide across the goal line — akin to a base runner sliding across home plate, as one would see in an Astros game.
The touchdown between Stroud and Schultz was their fifth of the season.
