Michigan State basketball welcomed in Illinois for a big-time clash on Sunday afternoon. The Spartans also welcomed in a very special guest, bringing in Detroit Tigers star pitcher and Cy Young award winner Tarik Skubal in to be an honorary Spartan for the day.

A welcomed celebrity for Spartans fans and a guest that gives MSU fans a sense of unity.
