If you're a WWE fan, you're already aware that Stone Cold Steve Austin is well-known for making his entrance to events riding an ATV. It's something he's known for and is generally good at. But, unfortunately, the WWE Hall of Famer ruined that reputation after his less-than-sone-cold entrance to WrestleMania 41.
While up to his usual antics around the ring, Austin gave the ATV a little too much gas, causing it to run wide and hit a barricade between the fans and the stage. I wouldn't say the collision appeared to leave a big impact, but it caused a woman on the other side of the barricade to fall back, and this apparently has the WWE nervous about a legal fallout.
Bryan Alvarez, of Wrestling Observer Radio, says WWE officials are “nervous” about the incident. Alvarez stated, “Austin sprinting down in this ATV or whatever, and he flies around the ring, and he smashed into the barricade, and he knocks this woman back… and he jumps off and gets in the ring or whatever. Nick Khan flies over, and he’s talking to this lady, and we’ll see what happens, man.”
There has been no official statement released by the WWE or the fan thus far, but you can check out the footage of the incident below.
There's a lot of speculation surrounding the incident and whether there will be legal action, however, Austin seemed completely unfazed by the incident. He got off the ATV before heading to the ring and saying, “I’ve been in a lot of buildings like this and it seems like there is more people in here than that number. I want a recount,”
What do you think? Does the fan have a good case and should the WWE be worried about a lawsuit or is this exactly the type of Is the incident where someone could unjustly come away with a large sum of money?
