It doesn’t get much easier than that. A miscommunication up front by the Rams left two players watching as 49ers DE Samson Ebukam blew past them en route to QB Matthew Stafford. Stafford nearly escaped, but Ebukam dragged down the QB for his second sack of the season. It helped set up a third-and-long and the Rams were forced to settle for a field goal on their opening drive.
