How would Howell respond in the second half?

After a conservative start to the half, offensive coordinator Scott Turner decided to become a little more creative later in the third quarter, leading to Howell’s first career touchdown run.

An impressive run by Howell, showing speed, vision and strength. The touchdown increased Washington’s lead to 20-6.
