It’s probably not the complete class, but the Ohio State football team signed 19 players to the 2023 recruiting class on the first day of the early signing period.
Like most signing windows and akin to what we’ll likely see with the transfer portal, there was drama. However, the players who signed on the dotted line are guys that want to be in Columbus and will be a part of the foundation that will set the direction of the program down the line.
Head coach Ryan Day met with the media in Columbus to discuss the players that became Buckeyes on Wednesday and touched on many topics, including name, image and likeness.

Now that the first day of the early signing period is over, Ohio State will continue its prep on the way to the massive tussle with Georgia in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl College Football Playoff semifinal.
