Things are looking pretty bleak right now for these Seattle Seahawks. If the 2023 NFL Playoffs were to begin today, they would be watching from home rather than participating. Their heartbreaking loss last week to the Dallas Cowboys, combined with their 0-2 record against the Los Angeles Rams and the Green Bay Packers’ recent hot streak has them ranked No. 9 in the NFC. There’s also no relief in sight on the schedule either, as they still have two more games to go in their gauntlet against Super Bowl contenders.
If you’re seeking some positivity, check out head coach Pete Carroll, who told reporters on Friday that he thinks his team is still playoff caliber group. Watch.
On Friday, Pete Carroll was asked what makes him think the Seahawks will make the playoffs.
He began his response by saying, “I just believe we are of that caliber.”
