Patrick Mahomes has a knack for making the difficult passes look easy, and after his latest demonstration of passing prowess at training camp, Kansas City Chiefs fans would be wise to keep a close eye on him.
During one of Kansas City’s practice sessions this week, Mahomes made defenders look silly with a fake behind-the-back pass that helped him find space outside of the pocket during drills.
The play was caught on video and posted to Twitter by user @EddieHigh, who got a great look at Mahomes’ outstanding moves from the sideline at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph.

Though Mahomes hasn’t worked any behind-the-back passes into action during a live game, the prospect that he could was clearly enough to keep the Chiefs’ defenders guessing.
The reigning Super Bowl MVP may be tempted to try his luck with an unorthodox throw or two if sees the field during the preseason.
