It’s no secret that returning Ohio State wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba is going to be a problem for opposing defenses this year — again. Despite losing two receivers in the first round of the NFL draft, he led the team last year in yards and receptions.
But he’s not the only pass-catcher that is going to give defensive coordinators nightmares this coming season. We saw glimpses of what Marvin Harrison Jr and Emeka Egbuka can do in the Rose Bowl, and Harrison is going to most likely take over a starting nod and get plenty of opportunities to make a name for himself.
If you had any doubts about his abilities, you can just hit play on the film from Pasadena, or you can hit play on the video below, taken from Harrison Jr.’s Instagram account. Watch as Harrison fires up the JUGS machine and runs underneath the deep ball in stride without any problems at all.
Ohio State receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. looks incredibly explosive while catching passes from a throwing machine. He's 6-3, 205 lbs and has impressive speed.

The fact that Harrison is able to get to this ball is almost unbelievable, but that’s the type of talent Brian Hartline has in the receiver room this fall. With quarterback C.J. Stroud slinging things around to guys like Smith-Njigba and Harrison, it’s going to be a fun year.
