When you turn on your high-definition streaming device this fall, we’re here to remind you that there will be a new look to the Ohio Stadium field turf. The program announced the replacement of the turf and even got some input from the fans, and the installation of the new green stuff has been completed.
There wasn’t a ton of fanfare over the replacement and new look, but the Ohio State Football Twitter account did share a time-lapse video of the old turf being transformed into the new, crisp look.
In case you missed it, we’re sharing it here with you. Watch as the old turf is ripped up, the ground prepared, and the new turf installed little by little until the finished product is complete.

This is great, but we can’t wait to see how this looks on our television sets and streaming devices under the bright lights against Notre Dame on September 3.
