The Madurai Panthers may have lost to Dindigul Dragons on Sunday in the Tamil Nadu Premier League, but Madurai spinner Murugan Ashwin was in the limelight for his stunning catch.
It was the fourth over of Dindigul's chase of 124 to win, when Gurjapneet Singh's delivery was slashed by batter S Arun and the resultant skier flew closer to mid-off.
But before the ball landed, Ashwin, who was fielding at point, turned around and sprinted to get under the ball but had to dive in the end at full stretch to complete a stunning catch.
