Danny Miller was knocked to the ground during an altercation as he missed the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! final on Sunday night in released video footage.
Former Emmderdale actor Danny, 31, was involved in an altercation while he was undertaking a meet and greet nightclub appearance at late-night complex, The Hive, in Skegness.
Danny can be seen in a video being pushed to the ground by a bouncer before more security staff flock towards the bouncer.
In the clip, Danny is then seen standing back up before a woman stands between himself and the bouncer.
Fellow club-goers can be seen walking away from the area during the altercation, which is said to have occurred after Danny defended a pal from "homophobic abuse".
Danny is seen dressed in a black jumper and a pair of blue jeans and white trainers in the video, where he is seen in a heated exchanged with a male bouncer, who is dressed in all black, in the video captured in the Hive.
Former soap actor Danny, who was crowned King of the Castle on last year's I'm A Celeb, was advertised to be undertaking an appearance at Kush Nightclub, which is part of the Hive's complex in Skegness.
An onlooker said he wasn't sure if Danny was injured but added to SWNS: "It was a hard slam against the wall though, and he did seem to hit his head."
Danny's representatives have been contacted for comment.
The Hive, which contains seven venues, said of the footage: "We are aware of the incident and the initial details are as follows.
"We stress that these are initial findings and investigations are still ongoing.
"Danny was in a booth enjoying the evening with some friends, some clubbers were allowed in the booth from time to time to take pictures with Danny.
"At some point a clubber who had come into the booth, was at first joking, but then became verbally abusive to a member of Danny's party and made some very disturbing homophobic comments.
"The member of the party was clearly distressed and Danny tried to calm the situation down.
"The door staff proceeded to remove the offending individual but he continued to make homophobic comments.
"Some members of the door-staff team were unaware that Danny was in fact standing up for one of his party against homophobic comments and this sadly let to an unfortunate escalation of the situation."
It comes as I'm A Celebrity fans were left wondering where Danny was as Jill Scott was crowned Queen of the Jungle in Australia on Sunday.
In previous I'm A Celeb series, the winner has travelled to crown the new King or Queen of the Jungle.
But, this hasn't happened since 2017 when Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo was given the floral staff by 2016 winner Scarlett Moffatt.
However, this didn't stop fans tweeting asking why Danny wasn't in the jungle.
One asked "Why didn't Danny Miller crown Jill? #ImACeleb."
While another mused: "Thought Danny Miller may have been there to crown Jill?"
Responding to the Jill's victory, Danny tweeted: "Deserved winner @JillScottJS8 ! A pleasure to hand over the crown to you! Enjoy it!"
