Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel epitomizes what it means to be a leader of men. He routinely gets the most out of his squad, even when the odds are seemingly stacked against his team.
Vrabel isn’t perfect by any means, but he knows how to push the right buttons to get his guys to run through a wall for him.
Buy Titans TicketsOne of the best things the Titans’ social media does after wins is allowing us to see Vrabel’s post-game speeches that he gives to his team. One thing that always stands out is he seemingly always gives credit to his players while routinely making an effort to single out guys who stepped up.
Vrabel also does a good job of making it clear that the team still has work to do and things to clean up no matter how pretty or ugly the game was.
Following the team’s win over the Los Angeles Chargers, Tennessee’s head coach stressed that there is “so much better [expletive] that we can do.”
